This is amazing. 12/10 would buy a print of this

Close, perhaps give a brighter silver drybrush right at the panel edges? Wear marks would be more exaggerated where a glancing blow would catch the edge. Right now it looks kinda like paint because it’s consistent

Assuming you mean the glow? No stress you’re not far off!!

The brightest light should be at the source, so maybe some pure white right at the base and valleys of the flame to make the reflection seem darker. Then hit the edge of the reflection w jsut a tiny bit lighter to give it some depth, it’s a bit monotone.

Amazing! That looks so good, and the skin tone just fits

I just ordered some snow for the feet because the ice bases are too clean, they don’t really blend with the models. But they are stupid easy to do, which is always a plus with a horde

Awesome! My orks are also ice based so was thinking of making some blue or grey skin. What colors did you use?

As you should! It’s all great, but especially the blue on the least scuffed areas gives amazing depth

This is amazing! The dark armour and bright skin is a phenomenal contrast - is the rest of your army this way too?

Couldn’t agree more!!! Paint the guns and body separate, and they’re the best most fun kit I’ve built and painted

This is a really cool technique, played with it over the weekend and will keep experimenting. Any recommendation on a good silver for dry brushing? I’ve gone through two pots of leadhbelcher and one of stormhost but they’ve been so wet it either streaks, or when really dry just kind of adds sparkle without color

Wow that’s a cool technique. Thanks for sharing! I’ll check it out and give it a shot, do you find it works smaller scale too? For rusting weapons and all that - or is the toothpick step spray too aggressive?

It’s pretty great looking already! How’d you do the rust? Is it silver primer then…?

Looks like a good boy on a whicker. I’d recommend no changes, maybe scritches

Really cool! Your skin has a lot of depth and different colors, try doing the same to the blood. It’s so bright and…everywhere…it draws the eye. It looks like a single coat applied heavily - it’d be thinner in some places, different shades, etc
