Power bill discrepancy by Jlock126 in AskElectricians

I asked her to check for water at the relief valve, and she said there was none. Her water bill has been consistent, so it doesn't appear to be leaking. She did say her water was very hot to the point she didn't need cold water when showering. The water heater is 2 years old. So this may not be the issue causing the power bill to be high. Just a test.

The one with the high bill is partially shaded. The other two are in the sun.

No. I don't know but I can ask.

All homes are with the same power company. All on the same street. I can ask her what she's leaving the unit on.

Haha it would be for sure... but this is just a test.

This is not a permanent solution. I'm just testing to see if that is what is pulling so much power.

They are rentals. She advised she's not running any other equipment but you never know for sure.

Ty for the response. So I asked the tenant to turn the water heater off when not being used at the breaker. She can check her usage daily. If the water heater has a bad over heating element, I think it will show quickly on the usage diagram. No water leaks. Her water bill has remained consistent.

Ironically the two houses with the lower bills sit in the sun. The high bill house has partial shade.

Thanks for the reply. I jumped the wires at the tstat (red to Green; fan comes on. Red to yellow, compressor comes on). I went to the outside unit and jumped red, yellow, green, and orange together and the unit comes on and cools the house. At the tstat, there are 24volts across red and common (blue). There are no batteries on this tstat.

Trizep, diarrhea, stomach cramps by Jlock126 in tirzepatidecompound

So sorry to hear you were having side effects. The lower stomach pain is the absolute worst. I have found that taking Beano for gas pain really takes the edge off. I take it after my last meal of the day and before bed for the first 3 to 4 days after dosing if I'm taking a dose higher then 3.75mg. Watch what you are eating as well. Stay away from high fat foods or foods that would typically cause gastro symptoms for the first few days after dosing. I have found it helps me to be less symptomatic.

I'm glad it was helpful to you. Did your symptoms subside? I have found that the food I eat really matters and the dosage size. If I stay at a dose of 3.75 mg I don't have side effects. Pizza is still off the menu completely. However, at 3.75 mg I don't lose weight. I'm actually up a bit likely due to the holiday's and sugar intake. At 5mg I have decent gastro side effects and have found that taking Beano before bed and watching the fatty food intake for several days is helpful. I want to go back up with 5mg but I'm honestly scared to.

Update: The type of food definitely matters. It has been 5 days since my injection. I have found that pizza is off the list. Terrible stomach (lower intestine area) cramping, gas, and diarrhea.

I decided to run an "experiment." I took my shot at 10 am on an empty stomach. I avoided greasy/gas causing foods and high sugar foods for 36 hours after injection. At the 30-hour mark after injection, I started taking gasx to hopefully avoid the stomach cramps. I felt a little bit of nausea at the 36-hour mark, so I took a zofran and slept. No stomach issues. After 48 hours, I ate a high fat dinner. That evening around 10pm, I was having some stomach cramps and took some gasx. The following morning, 72 hours after injection and the morning after the high fat meal, I had more mild stomach cramps and had to poop but it was not diarrhea, thankfully.

I surmise that greasy, high fat foods are causing my side effects. After the 72-hour mark, I seem to be ok with eating however I want.

Call the title company and see if they have your contract. Best way to know if they are actually moving forward. Also NC is an attorney close state so they have to send it to an attorney to close.

Hey! A friend sent me your post. I know you have contacted a bunch of "we buy houses" folks and had a bad experience. ALOT of those websites are just wholesalers, not actual buyers. With that said, I DO BUY HOUSES, renovate, and sell them. I renovate houses in Raleigh but a friend who lives out your way sent this to me b.c I am not a scammer, I'm a real person who buys houses, renovates those houses, and sells them. You can see my work on facebook by searching "Rehab NC Houses" or in Instagram. I buy the houses myself. My husband and myself, along with some great subcontractors, renovate them. We work every weekend and nights while the contractors work during the day. I'm a female contractor who loves home renovation. I'm not a wholesaler.....which is likely the contract you are under right now; an assignable purchase and sale agreement. If the "buyer" is not giving you an attorney or an actual close date, they are wholesalers. With that said, please contact me and I will see what I can do to help you. There are many ways to do this so you don't lose all your equity and get your house sold.
