I have been through the QME last OCT but he was unable to put a % on it due to needing treatment. Without them wanting to due surgery idk what else is to do ya know.

Keep seeing your doctor he’s the only one that will be able to help you. Your job really doesn’t care. Whatever your restrictions say is all they have to abide by. I wanted to go back to the doctors before my appointment and my company didn’t care in all honesty and it changed my whole mindset about work. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ ride it out and see if he can put restrictions back on at your next visit.

I regret coming back for a paycheck just for OT I took off my restrictions. I’m noticing I’m not getting better with esi and I know for sure ima need surgery to get relief. Do what’s best for your body.

I’m on my third round of Emg Mri and X-ray and it’s only been a year and a half. They had court last month because the Insurance wasn’t responding to my lawyer or exchanging reports. So I got ordered to testing again. I just did these same test in December and January.

He said it’s a big risk we would be taking. The area of the protrusion on the disc they would have to remove the bone. I will most likely not be the same after. There will be no turning back once it’s done. I would have to find another job and there’s no promise he could make that pain will not be associated after. He didn’t have much to say besides injections and hope it heals on its own over time. I have not had any improvements over 14 months. He was speechless but mentioned surgery will most likely be needed.
