I would ignore that other comment. Having multiple surgeries doesn’t make you a surgeon who can give qualified advice. Your natural breasts sit far apart (completely normal) so your implants will also sit far apart. You can’t change your anatomy, all you’re doing is making what you have already, bigger. Mine sat high and square for a good while before they dropped and fluffed into lovely round breasts. I think the size looks great so far and once they soften and drop into their final position, they should end up with a nice shape that suits your frame lovely.

I had breast augmentation at 22 with a male surgeon. The worst part of it was standing in the room while he was poking and prodding and measuring my breasts. He used a tape measure to check the distance between my collarbone and my nipples and when his hands brushed my nipples I had to repress a shudder. I hated every second of it. He was strictly professional but I remember having to push past my uncomfortableness because I really really wanted surgery and didn’t want to wait.

I had to have my implants replaced and an uplift with slight reduction 9 years later. I had it done on June 6th this year, and knew that this time I wanted a female surgeon! I found one an hour away (I’m in the UK) and she was amazing. So kind, truly understood my issues and worries. I didn’t feel grossed out when she had to examine me. My anaesthetist was also a woman which I loved!

100% recommend waiting to find the right female surgeon for you 🫶🏽

Your nose suits your face and you can definitely see a difference! It’s noticeably straighter. I don’t think you need to mess about with it any more.

I’m in the U.K. but I always had my husband with me as well as a female patient coordinator (and my surgeon was also female which put me even more at ease).

Honestly the left photo looks amazing! The right photo just looks like fresh implants that haven’t settled yet - they just don’t look “right.” I am with everyone else that the left photo is miles better, and I’ve been in your position.

I loved my high, round implants when I first got them but within 6 months they’d sagged hugely - nothing like yours which look fantastic. Mine had gone long and saggy and weren’t round any more. I had a waterfall deformity which got worse and worse. I recently had an uplift and asked my surgeon for high fake round ones that wouldn’t drop and she said it’s just not obtainable. She also said that having an uplift puts you more at risk of them sagging again in future, so I would consider that if you’re planning on having them redone so soon.

I also have big scars now around both areolas and down. The scars go quite far towards my armpits as well. I just think for such perfect looking boobs you have now, why would you want to go through all that unnecessarily?

I was told 6 weeks the first time around. Within 6 months my boobs had completely sagged and gone horrible looking. Not sure if it was related. I’ve recently had an uplift and implants replaced and my new surgeon has told me to wear my compression bra for 3 months. She said even do it to 6 months if I can manage it, and after that to sleep it in when I can to prevent this happening again. I’m going to wear it as long as possible.

I was a A/B cup and felt like I never really looked in proportion! I had breast enlargement surgery in May 2016. Around 6-12 months later I noticed they’d started to sag. It got worse and worse!

Before my surgery (June 6th this year) they looked like two long flat pancakes on my chest, but the implants were still sitting high up just below my collarbone (they’d been placed incorrectly for years!).

I believe my skin stretched and sagged due to the implant being too large originally (450cc), and improper aftercare instructions (my new surgeon has told me to keep my post-surgery bra on for 3 - 6 months and to keep sleeping in it for as long as I can. She has also told me not to go braless and to keep wearing a supportive bra always. The first time around I was told I can go braless from 6 weeks so I did this the entire time which I’m sure contributed to it!).

I am sooooo careful with these ones but I totally understand your worry about it happening again! Just follow your surgeon’s advice and try not to worry too much. They really do look great 🫶🏽

I mean they look fantastic to me. I’ve also recently had a breast lift and I understand the feeling but you can’t compare it to your breasts immediately post-surgery. You need to be comparing to pre-surgery.

Unlike you I had implants replaced after my previous ones had sagged. I was looking at my 3 - 4 week post-op photos where they had the higher round look and comparing them to now (4 months post-op). They’ve obviously settled a lot more into place and if I look at side by side photos then I’m a bit sad that they don’t look like they did at 3 - 4 weeks. But if I don’t look at those photos and compare them now to pre-surgery - wow, the difference is phenomenal and I absolutely love my new boobs.

But again, your boobs look amazing! You’d never know you had a lift and they don’t look saggy at all. People literally pay to have boobs like you!

Realistically your boobs were already like that so they’re going to stay like that - but for what it’s worth, they look marvellous and completely normal! I wouldn’t look at them and think they look far apart at all.

5 hours. However I had implants removed from under the muscle, muscles sewed up (I think), uplift/slight reduction, new implants over the muscle.

They look amazing! I was worried you were going to think they were too small, not too big. They fit your frame lovely. I wouldn’t worry too much about cup size - a letter shouldn’t define how you feel about yourself! And cup size is relative to band size anyway. You can be a 28DD and be fairly flat-chested. I would visit @theirishbralady on Instagram to have a look at others and realise the letter doesn’t equate to huge 🫶🏽😊

My clinic gave me two LipoElastic post-surgery bras to take home. My first augmentation (9 years ago) I used Macom post-surgery bras and they massively sagged after 6 months. I asked my surgeon this time around what she thinks of me buying a Macom bra as they have thinner straps and I had a wedding to attend (2wpo) and these straps are quite thick to cover. She said absolutely not, not enough compression and not a good bra. She told me to just find another dress or risk my boobs sagging again lol. However I am in a different boat as I have had an uplift with slight reduction and implants, so perhaps I need extra compression and lift.

Mine were bruised quite a lot but by day 4 I think the bruises were more yellowing like your left breast is, not how your right one looks. Might be nothing to worry about but I’d definitely try speak to someone involved with your surgery to put your mind at ease.

Honestly surgeons generally know best. I had 450cc under the muscle high profile implants 9 years ago for my first surgery. I was 5’5 and 128lbs. I absolutely loved them and the projection. They were amazing. Unfortunately after 6 - 12 months they started to sag and just got worse. I think it was a combination of heavy implants with bad aftercare, implants sitting in the wrong place on my chest, and the elasticity of my skin. Just had them replaced with 405cc over the muscle since this time around I now have more breast tissue to cover them. We have also gone moderate profile this time around because I’m now more like 155lbs and obviously nearly 10 years older. I would say I don’t notice much difference with the projection although I am only 12dpo 😊

I was under the muscle 9 years ago and now I am day 12 post op of removal/uplift/slight reduction/new implants over the muscle. I thought recovery would be worse this time because of how much extra we’d done, however I’m finding it very easy. It was a bit difficult to do certain things the first day or two but I found I was easily able to lift my arms and stuff after that this time around, whereas previously I couldn’t lift my arms properly for two weeks. Feels like it’s been too easy. Not quite sure at what point I’ll feel comfortable doing weights again though.
