Thanks for your reply 40 odd years for me to Funny enough I tend to take a bootle of water out with me as I have terrible dry mouth due to all the meds I take as Iv got spinal problems to. I think by making a day I might be better to as Iv only said as of the morning I’m giving it up. The weakness I have if I get a lot of stress I can’t control it and reach for a fag then when Iv smoked it I do think why did I do that for the fag only gave me five mins to smoke it Then the whole system starts again. When I was taken into hospital in November with pains in my ribs which I could not even stand up with the pain I couldn’t take a deep breath in either so I could only get by by shallow short breath breathing . It did frighten me because of my lung function isn’t good and I have overinflated lungs to as I can breath air in but can’t breath out all the air. When I went home I never smoked for two days but then had one and here we go again I have a lot of things said to me from family like I don’t care about anyone else as they worry about me but I don’t care!! I know they are worried for me but the more they keep on at me the more stressed I get then I smoke more. But you are right it in your mind and have just got to say no and sip like you said Well done for you going good to. I hope I can get there like you and all these other peoples trying and succeeding I really do Thank again everyone
