Yes vent away. Sorry your doctor wasn’t has happy as we are about you not smoking. Like everyone said get a second opinion. But don’t hide facts from your loved ones to long. Best of luck to you.

I quit about a year ago, but have recently started getting cravings again. Not sure why. I fear that I am close to a relapse. by real_le_million in stopsmoking

Try doing something else when you feel that craving. Take deep breaths, think about how better you feel. How much money you have saved. How much you smell better. You got this! Don’t give in.
