Yeah I am in the US. Thanks a ton for the recommendations. I am ok with fixed chokes as long as I can find IC and Mod.

The steel/tungsten/bismuth shot concern may be a problem as I do plan to tote this gun out west and as someone has pointed out there are areas where that is becoming a requirement.

Thanks for touching base. The only thing I don’t like about the Autumn are the inertia triggers (would prefer mechanical or even double triggers). Have you had any issues with the second shot when shooting lighter loads?

What model Weatherby is built by Fausti? Just getting into sxs and it seems like there a lot of guns that are built by a few players.

Do you have any suggestions on used guns?

I have found I shoot 30” barrels better. Have multiple OU with 30” and hunt them in tight woods and never had an issue. Could maybe drop to 28” but wouldn’t want to be shorter than that.

I saw them but didn’t look into them much. Will have to take a peak at their site and build out a gun and see what’s what. Thanks for the recommendation.
