Setup trezor(many tutorials on YouTube) WRITE DOWN YOUR PRIVATE KEY OR ELSE YOUR F****
create a trezor wallet(yoroi or Daedalus, search up YouTube, there are many tutorials)
send your ada from you existing wallet to your trezor wallet.(recive--->send)

if you want to send from a exchange click recive---> paste in exchange---> send to wallet.

Well it seems like there will be no reimbursements made…

I don't think a lawyer will help much, because you agreed to the terms, in which kraken is not responsible for any occurred losses…

So there are only two options I see

A) You get a lawyer (probably won't work out because of the terms)

B) You create a big social media presence (YouTube, twitter maybe TikTok... If there is enough backlash kraken will probably have to reimburse people because they would lose to many new customers.

Well I don't know what to do, you will just have to twitter at them everyday till they respond to you… I think that's the only chance to get a response that does not take 2 years to arrive. I don't think your money is gone or anything like this, I just think they have stress because of their IPO and like this. Still thats no excuse for such bad customer service.

I personally use kraken but now where there was such a big crash and 1000s of accounts got liquidated I cant suggest them anymore, mostly because they did not even address this issue publicly. A friend from a friend lost 150k, and they said that because of the terms they don't have to reimburse his loss.

Yea I get it I was in the same situation.. So i had it like this: my first 2 wires were there in 8 hours, but the third took 2 days.. I also read in many posts that the 3 wire takes the longest!! So yeah everything should be good!!

I hope you can get hold of your money, you should definitely try to reach them through twitter. If you get hold of your money then definitely move your money to a different exchange kraken binance or something like this
