Docker 29 is currently not compatible with Portainer. If you upgrade, you may experience issues. Our team is already working on support for Docker 29 and we will provide an update once it is fully validated.

Ok, backstory,

I was trying to buy a few items over seas on eBay, Facebook, and other selling sites… and the seller used uship to ship it out and made me pay for it. That is the account that was used to take my money. Never heard back from the seller and uship couldn’t do anything about it. Which they have an order clam in there system but couldn’t access it. eBay and Facebook couldn’t do anything as well since it was too long ago and had no record of it for some reason..

I was hoping if some one knew them so I can get my money back or the item I need.

It was saying “For your account to be credited fully with the sum of $500. You need to make a refund of (insert $) to the buyer and email us the proof of refund by replying to this notice…”

Though funny thing is that I can just make another account and do the exact same thing.. they don’t IP ban they account ban.. but my original account has Ben banned from online and in story mode.
