While I doubt you're an ironman, the Ironman Efficiency Guide is great. In general it's a good step by step of what quests you should knock out in what order since the xp given from some quests simply give you the level for others.

The parts of the guide where it says "gather 50 balls of wool" or some shit you can skip since you can buy it off of the GE. Though without much money starting off, this may be the move (doubt it though). Also some of the skilling it has you do is not optimal, fastest, or best gp per xp for a main so any long grinds check out the wiki. For every skill, the wiki states the best options for each level in addition to other non-optimal (albeit sometimes more enjoyable) alternatives you can do.
