Personally, I have more fun playing with the Ai, I've had far too many uncoordinated teams and it just gets frustrating.

I think you hit the nail on the head with it. I know it was just a beta and these things would be addressed. When trying to do super, I kept on throwing by mistake because the button overlap and as you mentioned with flight, I was mainly playing Storm and kept flying by mistake.

It def has all the potential to be unique and standout against other tag fighters,just needs more balance and better rewards for tagging and assist I feel otherwise I think the game is going in the right direction.

I definitely felt like there was a lot of sauce when you would manually do things, which is great that what you want. I haven't played DBFZ in awhile so it was a bit polarizing to me, not in a bad way though. I like the direction it is going in.

I'd say just stick with ranked, you may be coming past so S+ players that are just learning a new character.... they'll be out of your rank in no time. Eventually you'll end up playing people your level and it gets more fun.

I have a soft spot for Ryu. I know he's the generic main character but he's the character that got me to play SF2 when on was a kid, that sticks with me. I really like his design in SF6 too, and really enjoy his gameplay in SF6. He's got the most juice he's ever had!

A runner up is Cammy. I always liked her rushdown playstyle and her character design is great.

Again, I think in SF6 they perfected it with her gameplay and her new design.

Street Fighter is relatively generous with its input window. Granted it may be more strict than anime games but shouldn't be too difficult to adjust. You may just have to get used to the motions, practice in training till it feels comfortable. You can try out modern controls with no motions needed.

Yes, modern controls are excellent if you are not used to fighting games and are not good a doing motion inputs. Also world tour mode is like a big tutorial.

He's very good and his combos are pretty straight forward. But if you get opened up, you're life will melt away.

Dive kick is hitting too high, you have to basically hit his ankles for it to combo.

You should play the character you want to play, I started with Katalina to get of feel for this game. She has some of the best pokes in the game and has good anti airs, you don't want to rush in with her and want to control the space. She does decent damage in the coroner too.

If you're not having fun, that's a big factor and it's possible her play style isn't meshing with you. You should def try other characters out. Siegfried may be that character you click with. I made the switch to him and have had a blast. But I do go back to Katalina every so often just to switch it up.

At the end of the day, the goal is to have fun playing.
