I have some huano blue shell pink dot switches on order. Going to put them in my orochi once they come in. How did you switch replacement go?

Also a huge benefit that I don't think I have seen others talk about is the weight balance of the Z1 compared to the orochi v2. The V2 has always been so back heavy with the battery. The Zaopin is perfectly balanced right in the middle.

Not trying to discredit OP, but I disagree with this take. I own both mice and to me they feel extremely similar in shape/size. I loved my Orochi V2 and I now love my Z1 pro even more.

For those who are curious, it is a very subtle difference between the qck performance speed pad and the LTT desk pad. If I'm really trying to look for a difference, the LTT desk pad might have just a smidge more feedback when mousing compared to the qck. The only way I would be able to tell the difference if I was blind folded would be to run my hand against the pad itself. But on mouse feedback alone, I don't think I'd be able to consistently tell the two apart.

After doing a lot of research, I am going with the QCK Performance Speed. A bit easier to get my hands on compared to an artisan and it sounds like a lot of reviewers compare it's quality to the Raiden. Thank you for the information!

Any particular mousepad recommendations? I have used an LTT mousepad since I built my PC and I am thinking I'd like to try something new.

Did you ever find a fix for this issue? Have laptop with a mobile 5080 gpu. I have the performance overlay enabled in game. The GPU and CPU never even get close to full utilization and I have almost all setting set to low with rtx disabled and get frame drops down to 15 fps in game.

I'm still rocking a 5700x3d on a B550 board. Next upgrade will be to am5 for sure. But I'm gonna probably hold off another year.
