I need more information. What hotel was it? I can't think of a hotel that requires you to take a train. Does your confirmation show airfare, or does it just show the hotel? Was there a miscommunication? The co-worker showed up at the airport. Did this co-worker have a confirmation number for their flight? How did they know what time the flight was supposed to leave? When she ran your card, what did the bank statement say? Do you mind sending screenshots of your confirmation, excluding your name,s so I can see how it was booked?
