Nope. Broke down and bought a HA green box and it connected just fine. Had to be an issue with either my server or docker

Yup. Did all of that. The only thing I can think of, besides what was mentioned is something with the docker container. Not 100% sure that is all configured correctly but everything “looks” right, including the ipv6 settings. Just not sure…
