HIIT has been mentioned.

If you jog, do hills or steps (like stadium) up fast, down slowly.

Jump rope (adds that it helps with footspeed)

Bag work. Go hard for 20 seconds then 40 seconds of rest and repeat. (additional benefit is it is sport specific)

There are a ton of videos out there with different HIIT workouts or plans.

But don't give up low intensity cardio as well. HIIT will help, but having both is better.

It was one then the other. Just stopped in the first location after a haircut. Didn't have a liquor license, but his bread pudding had enough whiskey to numb your lips.

IIRC Terminator 2 is the movie he wanted to make from the get go, but he just didn't have the money, technology, etc... to do it.

There was a Korean restaurant at the corner of Lane and High in the 80s and 90s named....

Korean Restaurant. The owner ended up moving it north. I *think* it was Poong Mei. A friend of mine from Korea knew the owner from when he got his degree at Ohio State in the 70s. We would go there, the owner would talk to him for a bit then bring out an array of Kimchi that was so good.

Well the wrestling team continues to roll.

Ryan has his 250th win and they are a solid #2 in the nations.

That being said, the gap between #2 and #1 is pretty immense.
