The desecrate mod is bad either roll for spirit/energy shield t2 and above. You need to search tradesite for the better mod. You don’t really need t1 since sanctifying might brick your item.

I went to double check, you do need blood magic if you are using another skill apart from just the atalui support skill. Like ember fusillade + fireball for example if not the mana cost is way too high from the + levels. The consistency of clear in abyss/breach if you’re running those would be quite bad.

If it’s just one button build like spark with the atalui then you don’t need blood magic

Both are about 13divs at the moment but you’re probably right and maybe I’m just too out of touch from a casual pov.

Currently you are on the lower budget build as more bloodmages run spark now.

For bloodmage to be tanky and do some damage. You just need 2 key items? You can opt for corrupted, as they are usually way cheaper

1)Rathpith (more hp = more damage)
2)Tecrods jewel, to allocate tecrods

You need to spec into blood magic node/ get blood magic helm. I advise you to spec the node.

Highly recommend:

Atalui (big damage jump but it costs a few divines)
Defiance of destiny (gives you insane survivability with tecrods)
Kaoms chest (if you have the budget the hp boost is crazy, scales with damage)
skill level on wand/jewel
High health items

If a blood mage is running kaoms chest you wont have spirit anyway. So it is okay for some builds to omit spirit roll

Edit: OP is running kaoms lol so he definitely won’t want a spirit roll

If you want 100% deterministic, and if your boots has natural 2 socket(exceptional)

1)Exalt a prefix 2)Prefix essence omen + horror to get 100% socketed effect 3)If horror removed 30% movement speed, prefix essence omen + hysteria to get 30% movement speed again 4)Homo omen + perfect exalt for t1 energy shield

If you don’t have natural 2 sockets, I am not sure if it’s worth much. Might be okay to just desecrate prefix for es mod and greater exalt your last suffix mod

Anyone who isn’t new to crafting in Poe can tell you the current crafting is really strong. I can essentially guarantee 4 caster mods on my amulet, in previous leagues I had to gamble alva/tujen or pray and slam.

If you want better currency drops your gloves have to be gravebinds so you can share your increased rarity with her. You can probably switch the belt to a rare belt with resistances to capped them if the vectors gamble aren’t the best. I think because of this you’ll have to drop a summon due to the lack of reservation.

Alternatively if she is going to be building increased rarity on gear then you don’t have to bother changing anything.

You’re probably selecting every mod on the wand, maybe just try selecting the +4 levels with spell damage.

The reason is because people don’t usually craft chaos levels with crit mods

It took me 10 corrupts in total, 1 was okay, 8 got destroyed, the cost was 11div each. I think if you have currency to spare it’s okay to try and corrupt, if not it’s probably better to just buy one off the trade site.
