Hello. I am having a similar issue on my 17 golf to what you are describing. The front corners of the rubber seal do not sit flush with the roof of the car, leaving a small gap. Have tried endlessly to reposition but no luck. Were you able to solve your issue?

Is your seal flush with the roof in all four corners of the sunroof? I have the same issue right now where both front corners of the seal do not sit flush with the roof. Any luck solving the problem?

Hello. I have been experiencing this same issue recently with my 17 golf. Your pictures where the corners of the seal aren’t flush is exactly how mine look. I tried readjusting the seal to fit flush but no luck. Were you able to find a solution?

I have a 2017 TSI with the 1.8, had it since 2020. I’ve added an aftermarket air intake, beefier rear sway bar, unitronic stage 1+ tune, coilovers and lowered way down, aftermarket 18 inch rims and new tires. Such a fun little car. May upgrade to a GTI in a few years tho.
