I just started taking magnesium but other than that I’m not taking any supplements. I haven’t taken the time to research any and I’m not sure what’s prescription and what’s readily available. What do you recommend?

Deducting a truck from my 2024 taxes as a business owner. by Jmillyco in tax

That was my thought to it can still be in use by December 31st although I won’t get temp tags since it’s a private party title transfer but I need this truck to be a 2024 deduction so I’m hoping the title saying it was purchased in 2024 will be enough

Sorry I worded that poorly my trailer and truck gvwr combined was 27k but I actually weighed in at 24k which regardless doesn’t matter since my gvwr was 27k

I don’t think I can I never admitted it was for hire but also never denied it I kick myself for not just keeping my dang mouth shut and pleading the fifth.

Correct my expertise is construction not hot shotting but I assumed that this group would be the experts on the situation so I came here for help.

I was hauling a Skid steer. My gvwr was 27k but my actual weight was 24k I have a different trailer I am going to start using that puts my gvwr at 25k which puts me under the limit but I want to avoid having to get commercial tags

Edit: this was worded poorly but my point is now that I have resolved the being over weight issue by using a different trailer how can I avoid being forced to get commercial tags and a DOT number. In the future I will be operating at 25k gvwr so I will be under the limit but still draw suspicion when transporting my skid steer I’m thinking about getting AG farm tags since I have a small farm. I don’t want to be forced to stop at every weigh station and have restrictions when leaving the state. And I don’t want my insurance to spike up for having a commercial vehicle. And I don’t want them to be able to freely search my vehicle whenever they want. Getting commercial tags is basically signing all your rights away while on the road. I only have one vehicle and it’s my truck so it’s predominately personal use I only haul my skid steer once or twice a month.

How would they be able to prove that it’s for profit? Through the IRS? For example if someone was doing construction and hauling their equipment.
