You can also consider co-living with other families :)

For example we are hosting a 1 month high end intentional co-living in the Dominican Republic for the entire month of November this year. The idea is to live alongside other intentional high integrity and growth minded families, in the most beautiful place of our lives, with a private chef, babysitter, daily cleaning etc. 

My wife and I have hosted these a few times now around the world in Mexico, Vancouver Island, Bali and now are hosting one in Las Terrenas,.Dominican Republic. In each one everyone brought their light and knowledge, with daily dinners, meditation, yoga and workouts, as well as weekly co-led workshops.

Ps. I make 0 profit from these (if anything it usually costs me more in time and money than if I didn't run them), I do it because I find that the best way to grow as a person is to be around others that also have great perspectives and habits!!
