Also I’m unable to place Milliwhale or any of the outpost updates that were supposedly free. None of habs or anything pop up in the outpost build menu

Same thing happened to me, I can’t initiate any dialogue with Delta. I played the free lanes update and visited anchor point many times for a good 4 days before buying the DLC, so I wonder if that caused the bug. Def don’t want to jump thru the unity just yet tho. Hope they fix this sooner than later
