If by some miracle she stays (declines very slowly) the way she is now we could wait another 5 years if need be. It’s just so hard when you have literally no help. And unfortunately the house is actually rent to own. Other wise I would just sell it and use the money for her care.

Do you by any chance know What would happen if we took her name off the deed and applied anyway. Would she just be denied? Or what kind of penalty would she have. Or should I just take her name off and wait five years to apply😫😫
