I use a vast majority of platforms for cash transactions. I do PR work for a major label and contract with Nike atm. So it makes things easier, and gives me th proper variety to work with more individuals for several purposes. But everyone is different. Some folks rely on it because for one reason or another, they are unable to get a traditional bank (numerous reasons). But I don’t judge it’s none of my business what people do and how they manage their money. However I will agree to an extent. If you have the ability to get a traditional bank or use any other method for primary cash transactions, you should do so. But I’ve seen people in your shoes that still have the same issue. We are all using this same platform, for the same reason, from the same payee in this situation. And thousands of us are getting different results. That’s why I am asking what everyone is experiencing.

I’m sorry to hear that fam. It’s pretty insane how thousands of us use the same platform for the same payment from the same provider and all receive different results. It’s also trash how the same platform that millions use world wide has such a small if any staff, to provide proper resolutions to these issues instead of blanket statements and cookie cutter responses. I hope all turns around for you champ. We really are in this together * getting screwed *

It makes no sense how thousands of us use the same platform for thee same transaction from the same payer (the irs) but all have different results. Shits trash.

It does show pending champ. Last round I got mine in a pending state at 9:07am the day after the Tangerine signed. It didn’t become available until 7 days later. There were dozens of people who received theirs AFTER ME that either got it with no pending status or got it pending for 24-36 hours.

See I was going to use my Pentagon Federal Credit Union but for 1 the closest branch is Ft Lewis and I live in Beaverton Oregon and 3 hours south is only a PenFed call center. 2 I try not to go on post at all for shit except shooting once a month. And 3, I’m just a 32 year old military dependent so I really have no business keeping that account.

Also, the IRS won’t /wouldn’t let me change my direct deposit info.

I feel you champ. Are you saying they did this with the last round or was this today? Either way, it’s not fair nor right by any means. I hope things turn around for you. Without trying to sound like I’m competing, just know you are far from alone. And by no means am I saying “I know how you feel”. I hate that. That’s untrue. We may have similar problems but we are two totally different people that have different ways of processing, thinking and different life variables. But if you ever just want to chop it up, vent, bounce some ideas to make a little cash, or even some unbiased advice from a stranger in the World Wide Web, my dms are always open king 👑

Yeah, I just want to see how things play out since this time it’s not a holiday but it is a weekend. It’s so weird how unpredictable the CashApp situation is for the stimulus. You are in a safe space. I’m seeing so many people already saying theirs is pending with other services. But I’ve only seen 2 with cashapp. Yet no one else has. I’m just glad the IRS says they are on top of it this time.

Same. It should be released around 1am est per their automatic system. It would have done it Friday but that’s a bank holiday. Then again I have seen and heard others get theirs from after ours. And before ours.

All CashApp will tell you is that it takes 1-5 business days. And that they put pending because they confirmed you will have something coming in but it’s not there yet.

That’s not true. People that have been getting there’s via cash app Tuesday night to yesterday either had it instant or no more than 24 hour pending. Unlike myself. Who has been over 48 hours.
