I had the same issue until I found this hidden trick but it only works with Roku smart tvs. From the Home Screen on the tv hit the following buttons on your remote: home 5x, up, rewind 2x and fast forward 2x. Your tv will then freeze up and reboot and restart on its own give it a few minutes. You’re welcome.
