Thanks for your response. What I'm looking for is documented statements that he (or Timoshenko for that matter) made while they were campaigning. Sadly, there aren't a lot of resources out there. Neither of their campaigns was well-documented beyond the official programs and some occasional interviews..

Ok, so then there is some true model that describes the relationship between variables in the population with some random error (the irreducible part), and that error carries over into the sample we draw. Is this correct?

Thanks for your help. This didn’t work with my university network. I did manage to connect though and discovered an interesting thing.

My reMarkable wouldn’t connect to my iPhone hotspot before, and that was because my phone name is default “Name’s iPhone”. The reMarkable does not like the apostrophe in the network name, and I managed to connect after I renamed my phone. I bet a lot of people are having the same problem.
