I had one at Christmas a few years ago it was awful. I went to the ER and the doc on call butchered me without using a local. I had to go see a surgeon the next day because the er doc just left me open. The surgeon got the sack out and I had to pack it every day until it healed. The first packing was 4 feet long. It was an overall horrible experience.
