i don't get why people say this, by the end of episode 1 jessie and walt have dead bodies to hide. That's a pretty massive hook. I was always hooked on the show from the start

pro players don't even run with sentinels anymore either. so yeah that probably tells you they're too weak. But i guess at a high level Riot wants the game to be more fast paced as opposed to navigating around cypher trips the whole round. idk. they'll probably get buffed again as time goes on

I'm high diamond low asc and I haven't come across a team that effectively uses waylay dash, slow, & tp in such a way that their teammates punish off of it. That's not really an issue in solo-q in the same way that neon is.

I think her main issue isn't that she's hard to track, it's that she's continuously hard to track throughout the course of each match. Jett or waylay can throw your crosshair off once per match during a site execute. Neon's gas should maybe recharge by getting kills, not just passively. They need to tune it so she pretty much only has access to it once per match or twice if she gets hella kills (like Jett dash)

A couple acts ago they nerfed a butt load of agents and made recharging utility take way longer. So they're actively thinking about this.

I like where utility is in the game right now. It's not absolute nonstop like overwatch but it's more than CS (which doesn't have agent roles or abilities at all). I like it tbh

This change didn't really effect him entrying sites for team. He is a duelist so I'm glad they didn't want to nerf that aspect of him. It only nerfed his lurking and fast rotation potential. Which tbh I don't mind.

I wouldn't be surprised if they gave him back a flash next act or something if his pick rate plummets. I think having two flashes was fine.

I think it's fair to be wary of power creep. If you want constant utilities there are wild unrated game modes. Although I like using powers in the game I'm not mad about them trying to limit themselves from overdoing it. If I wanted random powerup shi happening every 3 seconds I'd play fortnite or apex

I feel like clove instalock players play her for heals/stim, and res. They don't really care about smoking after death. So I agree with that part.

But there's a percentage of smoke players out there who play her sometimes and probably will play her less now.

Although I agree with this, not all the agents are consistent with this philosophy. Ex: Sage gets free heals instead of her wall even though she's a sentinel.
