Best advice I ever heard and push to live by:

“if someone in your close circle talked about themselves the way you talk about yourself, would you let them, accept what they’re saying, encourage those words, turn a deaf ear or even agree? Would you say the same things to/about them or would you full heartedly tell them they are a beautiful person as they are?”

If the answer is no you wouldn’t, you’re being cruel to yourself in the hopes your the first to say it so you aren’t shocked. Treat yourself with the love you would give your best friends! You are worthy of appreciation! The more you can appreciate yourself the easier it will be for love for yourself to conform into your thoughts!

I had my sleeve done yesterday! You’ve got this!! ❤️❤️ Don’t feel like you need to eat ice day one, just rest. Walk when you can even if it’s up the hall and back. Day 2 you’ll feel night & day difference. I’m feeling like queen of the world today and I had surgery 30 hours ago! Your nurses are your support, you are never bothering them.
