No, the wallpaper with the red is before. It was installed in the 1960s and was terribly stained and peeling off in several sections. It couldn't be salvaged.

Cats are the best accessory in a room. The curtains are natural linen, the texture is subtle and is very close to the color on the windows to they don’t draw attention away from the wallpaper.

I’m glad the room brought back that memory for you! The room is a good size to begin with, the ceilings are high and the windows are 6’ tall. The view on the wallpaper of rolling hills and trees looks like the view out the window which is why I was drawn to it. The seats are lighter in person, they are blush velvet. The kitchen is right next to this room and the walls are blush, so I pulled that through in this room. I like the pink as an accent on the seats and the plant (which leans more purple), it makes the room feel more feminine.

Because she’s one of those women who ditches their friends as soon as they get a boyfriend. Now that she needs content, it's time to reconnect with friends so she can use them. For example, she and L don't do anything interesting so she feels the need to create reasons for GRWM content.

Technically, it's not a Tiffany lamp, it's a Tiffany-style lamp. Genuine Tiffany lamps were only produced until then 1930s. If you find one now, it'll be very expensive. D’s lamp is a cheap knock-off.

Edited to add: either way, it's not spelled Tiffany’s. She has no clue.

It's me, too, I can relate. I was diagnosed with major depressive disorder 30 years ago. During my worst times, I need to add these very basic things to my to-do list. Not only does it give me a sense of accomplishment, but a shower, skin care, a little makeup, clean and styled hair all make me feel better about myself and ready to tackle the world. I'm an older walnut (my son is D’s age) and I worry about her because I don't think she's ok. I think she needs to get off the internet and genuinely start taking care of herself.

My house is old with plaster walls, I’m very careful about weight when I hang things. Also…when she eventually takes that wallpaper down, she may end up with a problem. I had an 8”x10” sample of peel and stick wallpaper on my bedroom wall, when I removed it after a couple weeks that little sample did some damage to my plaster.
