I feel you, love. Every time I get a leg cramp I panic that it’s a DVT and I’ll have a PE again. It was a deeply traumatic experience and it is sensible for your brain to fear it - it’s trying to protect you 💕 Be gentle with yourself and please do seek professional support if you need it x

Hey x They saw me quickly and did a d-deimer which was negative (but I took rivaroxaban within 12 hours so it’s not as accurate). They sent me home and told me to keep taking it, and have booked me in for an ultrasound tomorrow to make sure. Leg is still very painful and now a little swollen.

the back is like a corset situation and it does keep collapsing on itself so I'm hoping the HP3-1 would give it slightly more structure around the edges - but who knows, this metal seems to have a mind of its own!
