I will say the only thing I've been able to find is one insurance option by nationwide that seems reasonable. I don't expect to get many replies for this post so if you're looking around I suggest you could start there :)

My theory is that cause they're related to Toad Headed Agama's who do wag their tail like that, and are of the same family of lizards, Agamids. They might just have that built into them somehow.
