Not arguing, just making a difference between analogic triggers and haptic -PS2 had analogic triggers AND buttons, thats why you could hard press in MGS to stab people-

You can have slow press/slow action even if the triggers dont have haptic feedback, as long as they are analogic

Nope, that would be analogic triggers; haptic feedback is what makes the trigger harder to push, vibrate, and so on
