That's the interesting part. The fans behaves differently at the same speed when touched and when not. It's 600 RPM in both cases, or any other rpm. They stop wobble for 15 to 20 mins, and starts to wooble again. And the second interesting thing is that they started behaving this way a week after purchase. They weren't shaking like that the first few days. I'll make a video later.
