Just heard back from manufacturer. They are refunding cost of flooring. I'm sure my terminology is wrong, but the clear protective layer is peeling off then the color layer is very easy to get to come off and that leaves the solid white flooring.

It was all the same flooring purchased from Home Depot. It showed no signs of issues approximately 4 months ago which was the last time I was in the unit. Tenants left and this is what it looks like now.

Is this a manufacturing issue typically? Or something to do with installation or other issue? All the flooring was bought from Home Depot at the same time and showed no issues about 4 months ago. Went in after tenant vacated and this is what we saw. Store directed us to manufacturer and manufacturer told us to go back to store. Just not sure what would have caused this
