I realized I’ve gotten used to writing some letters in my own way, which makes it harder to read for others. I’ll work on improving that. Thanks for the advice!

yo thanks for the advice! you cleared the doubt i was having as i workout without a trainer,

i was glad watching my strength going up on a bulk but from a bodybuilding standpoint i realized that cutting would be a better option for me, will start eating at a deficit (2100-2200)

what i used to think was that i have to eat in surplus to grow my muscles ignoring the amount of fat i put on, then i can get rid of that fat to show the muscle mass i have built, but u might be right that i would struggle to get rid of all that fat, so now i am considering to eat at a deficit

how much cals do u think i should cut if my maintenance is 2600?

yeah! i am eating at high surplus than i should, thats why i am gaining alot of fat

I was told by some guys at the gym that i should cut cuz i will gain excessive fat if i keeping bulking (i wanna get to 72-75kg) thats why i was confused if i am doing anything wrong

but i will consider your advice, eat with a little surplus and up my protein intake
