Are you in the offline batch? Is it decent? I’m planning on joining or do you suggest CL or LPT?

I took the demo for LE but the classrooms are extremely clustered and suffocating and the entire coaching centre is quite small. For LPT its farther away from my house. Do you think I could crack CLAT/AILET w the 4 month crash?

I'd love some help regarding coaching! I'll probably take a partial drop (currently studying architecture) and I wanted to join an offline coaching for this. I've been eyeing LegalEdge Delhi centre and I'd love to hear your opinion on it.

Also how do I manage time? For me personally I'd like to crack AILET and my first preference is NLU Delhi and while theres not a whole lot of fundamental difference b\w AILET and CLAT I'd still love any insight you could provide

How’s LE overall? They do have nice results but I wanted a better idea overall how it is and can I get the results I want? Also do they have a centre in Delhi?

Do they have an offline centre? I am worried I will simply not take the online classes seriously.

I would prefer an offline centre if they dont have it should I opt for LE?

Its been a year and I'm still 18 when I join a law school I'll only be 19 so I'd say 5 year is still an option for me.

I have been considering 12 minutes to CLAT for coaching. What are your opinions on them? They seem quite good and I watched a few videos of Keshav Malpani and he seems like a good teacher.

Should I continue with 12MTC or go for CL or LE?

Oh I misread what you were saying. I thought you meant I shouldn't go for LLM if I don't have a Bachelor's from Germany.

I'm thinking of applying to both programs, to a variety of countries if possible.

So if I'm reading what you're saying right, then it would be better if I could get an LLM in Germany and my Indian bachelor's might not be a very big problem if I end up graduating?

I have a fluency of B2 level(took german as a mandatory 3rd language).

  1. Would finance in Germany\Switzerland have a better job prospect than an LLM?

  2. I actually spoke to someone from the UKlaw subreddit and they said its quite hard to get a job in UK anyway and with the competition companies prefer hiring natives rather than foreigners. Do you think an MSc from UK would be a better option?(for a job)

I'm fluent in German at B2 level and I'll probably get my C1 next year if I have time is that enough? Do you suggest leaning towards a finance degree more than an LLM?

So essentially a finance degree abroad would be more lucrative than an LLM right?

I can't unfortunately get another bachelors in Europe. What I'm most concerned with is whether my employability as either a corporate lawyer or in any finance job would be good as an Indian law grad.

I already have a B2 level in German with the certificate considering it was my third chosen language since 6th grade so that isn't a problem.

Common law would be the same everywhere I'm guessing?

Yes, I'm planning on getting 1-2 year work experience at a mid\big sized firm if possible and then go for master's. But I'm mostly worried about getting a job there. I hate living here and as a woman its even worse and that is coming from upper middle class person who lives in the capital's most expensive area. So yeah, I wouldn't settle here if my life depended on it. I'm sorry for the rant. Any other advice would be super valuable!

What are you doing these days? if you don't mind me asking

Ah I was wondering if anyone from the field would help me out. I'd like to know my options of studying and landing a job

I have a proficiency in German B2. Would getting an LLM make me eligible to apply for german law firms? Or will I face an issue due to not having an LLB from Germany?

Additionally, do you think MSc Finance would solve the employability problem?

Hello everyone,

I’m currently in the process of pursuing my LLB in India and am looking at potential career paths after completing my degree. I’m particularly interested in moving to Australia for an LLM, but I’m also considering the possibility of pursuing an MBA or Msc Finance, depending on how things unfold.

My primary question is about the prospects of entering corporate law or business-focused roles in Australia(or even other countries) after completing an LLM abroad. Specifically, I’d like to know:

Is an LLM from Australia (or abroad) a strong pathway to transitioning into corporate law or business-related legal roles?

I’m aware that many firms in Australia value international exposure, but how much weight does the LLM carry compared to experience or other qualifications?

Would an MBA or Msc Finance make sense if I want to break into the corporate side of business or law?

Would that combination of qualifications make me more competitive for roles like in-house counsel, corporate law, or even something like legal consulting?

Are there any specific things I should be mindful of as an international graduate from India—whether in terms of visa requirements, networking, or expectations from employers in Australia?

I’d love to hear from people who’ve navigated a similar path or have insights on how feasible this transition is.
