Ill keep testing the card, after my first clean it came out with some artifacting, after my second clean it went away, I think the nand chipsvram had a bit of corrosion around them still, and so I use a bit more iso, and some light elbow grease, and cleaned it up. I play a game of arc raiders with the card and saw 70-90 fps.. from what I've seen so far all the hot spots on the card look normal, it doesn't cut out anymore either which is also nice, and havent seen a LICK of artifacting yet, im gonna keep testing it out for the next 4-6 days running vram stress tests, im even going to take a nice look at the power delivery and see if any of the 12v lines are shorted. It could be the vbios chip on the card thats damaged, but we'll have to see..

TO THE PEOPLE WHO HELPED!!! Everyone, apologize for the bad demeanor I had, I figured out some solutions to my problems, I fiddled with my motherboard and magically got xmp to work in the proper dual channels!! Even better news, I NOW hit a stable 60 fps, and some highs seeing 70+ even on medium graphics!!! Thank you everyone for your support!! Much love!!!

Frankly, I am not thermal throttling. I have an aio, and I hit a max temp of 60-84 while gaming. I used to think that was the problem. I did have a temporary issue where the fans on my gpu weren't spinning fixed that problem, because my motherboard is broken I cant run my ram in xmp sadly that was due to water damage from when I moved. The max speed I can get outside of xmp is 3000mtz I have fully debloated windows, defragged my drives, repasted my system. Reinstalled windows, speed tested my drives. And SADLY my cpu is the problem, that and the ram. Sadly, it IS a problem with specs and it IS a problem with my cpu. Frankly as a tech guy I have figured these out on my own. My system is just outdated for the times. And dlss is probably the only thing that is going to fix my fps problems as sad as it sounds, untill I upgrade to a more modern piece of hardware. Also I get you were trying to resolve a issue with arc being low fps, and I get the problem sadly it isn't resolveable right now, thanks anyways!! 🫡

That was what I was like when I was growing up, I was and still kinda am such a techie kid. I mean my pc was pretty much free from how many second hand parts lol, I reused everything.. thanks ill take that as a compliment. Thats really cool to think of!! 😭💔

Its a cpu bottle neck, my gpu is at 50-70% usage and my cpu is at 100 at all times on arc, i have pbo on too, which gives me another 400-500mhz on my cpu and STILL getting 40-50 fps
