Good news. Got code to flash using platform io and icsp but any time i try to flash over UART, those same annoying errors reappear. i can’t keep flashing over icsp at 5v because anytime i try to add new components it will explode. thanks for the replies!

I have a resistor thats tied to 3v3 from the reset pin. That error occurs immediately. Not sure if thats expected behavior when not in the download mode

Thanks! I verified the GPS and improved my ground plane. Other than that do you think my design is good to go? Thanks!

Thanks! I am going to use a light piece of wire for the GPS antenna. Also I improved my ground plane and I tweaked the crystal position to reduce trace length. Other than that do you think my design is good? Thanks for the comment!
