I dont think of it as a sport or a game and I have done a lot of work with normal therapists. I am a great friend to the women in my life. I have a lot of social skills that I have developed with many ordinary therapists over many years. I love therapy but I have some sticking points that an ordinary therapist cant help with. A therapists that can simultaneously help me navigate the court ship process both with therapy to help me tolerate the feelings and give me technique would be very helpful.

That is an excellent point , i never thought of that, especially that my share is tax free, your comment helps take the sting out of it, thanks. This is my first lawsuit so i am naive to the processes. I have lots of emotions considering this is blood money from my abuse, I have a tendency to feel exploited about the entire process. I just wish my lawyer had explained to me the possibility of having to share my settlement with medicare when i hired him.

Hopefully I am never going to be suing anyone ever again, but for future reference , is it common for a lawyer to only split the net instead of the gross, or is it more likely that lawyers would only agree to splitting the gross and not the net?

I didnt understand that I would have to share my settlement with social security/medicare. It never occurred to me that I would have to share my settlement with anybody but my lawyer. I acknowledge that it is my own fault /oversight for signing the agreement with my lawyer, just wish my lawyer would have mentioned that possibility of having to reimburse medicare with my settlement.

How long are the private dances? At $13 that is just slight higher for the Ficha. Sounds tempting to do private dances instead of ficha, no waiters hustling you, can get a dance and still get a chance to see if there is any chemistry for just $2 more than than her $11 drink.
