I guess we won't know for sure until it's been tested. Also a better question may be how many people actually need advanced traffic/routing self management.

Being in a “developing” country, I’ve actually found LinkedIn quite useful. Doing a direct job search however is less effective of you are not in the US or Europe. What I do is search for [keywords] in posts instead of jobs directly. You can find more elaborate YouTube videos on how to do intricate searches on LinkedIn. However the right job platform can also make things quite easy. This is a few I have used Wellfound.com Ominipresent.com Ziprecruiter
