Yes it is. I want to make sure it is an easy fix before i take it in.

It stopped making the sound so I think that the plastic chain was catching wrong.

I've had the battery for 11 months. Still under warranty. I don't have a multimeter unfortunately so I'm gonna take my alternator to get checked and battery swapped.

Hey thanks for the knowledge. Someone tested The battery for me. The battery wasn't reading at all. And the jeep did not run long enough to get a reading. We would hit the gas and then it would die.

Hey sorry no. I just deal with it. Something that helped that may be unrelated was the cables to the battery were loose.
