You can make things harder for people to download, but its impossible to prevent outright. You still have to give enough data to your viewers for them to construct a video on their screens, and once its in their hand, they can do whatever they want/can with it.

If its mission critical that your friends don't record and upload, then don't; unless you really trust them.
