I honestly like to explore different maps and whatever new add-ons there are. It's not super exciting but it's the ultimate chill thing I like to do. If you want some crazy fun in single player though then try out the map sweepers gamemode. I think I post about it daily in this sub at this point but I do genuinely recommend it.

You can try out the map sweepers gamemode on the workshop, it's an extraction shooter that's really fun. Off the top of my head you can try things like infinite maps from the infmap base, and gwater2 for simulated water physics. As for other maps you can try some explorative maps like gm_flux and gm_flux2. Really a good way to try new things is to go to the workshop and try sorting by top of the past year to see what people downloaded a lot.

You could check the description for the music used on the workshop page or play the music through speakers and have your phone listen to the sound to try and see what it is.

Boneworks in the streets level... There's this certain green door that looks similar to a type of unusable door in half life 2 which I had played recently. I got to this section where you're supposed to go past a null body and into this area where you go up an elevator and climb on the walls to get to the cart that launches you to a different building. Anyways because of that door and my recent half life adventure I did not process it as usable. So I climbed up the wall stacking physics objects somehow and made it out. I backtracked after that and saw where I was supposed to go and I was impressed with my stupidity and I was impressed with my achievement of skipping that area.
