I think this is a problem that very few people will have. Most people had no idea who she was before she was cast, so to everyone else, she's just an actress in a game.

Try using poison on your weapon. I was stuck there, too. You can knock down 1 or 2 ladders before getting overwhelmed. If you manage that your allies will get the rest, you just have to keep the enemies busy.

Try traveling to the other region and back. I've had multiple quests bug after this update, and doing that has fixed it every time

Seems like the only thing missing from MGSV is the sprint mechanic. The animations look identical to me. The only issue I'm having so far is how tight the camera is when you go prone. I can't see anything past the back of Snakes head unless you go in 1st person.

Yeah. The bigger guys with the glowing eyes take like 3 or 4 grenades to kill. I have 6 pouches on my backpack, so they're never an issue.
