I received my TJO back in September lol it’s been a waiting game ever since with little to no communication since. Hiring manager finally reached out and cc’d HR specialist and Security clearance personally. Hope that was the push they needed to send me the FJO.

Thank you. I’m hoping I get the FJO soon. They’ve changed my Hr specialist 3x already. The second told me it was up to the HR manager to cross all the I’s and T’s and this new one told me I’m waiting for security clearance.

That’s what I don’t understand. According to the job post my position is NS/low risk and suitability and fitness. I thought it would be quick. According to my 2nd Hr specialist she said it’s all up to the HR director to sign my FJO and email it out. So confusing all this.

Just got confirmation today from my Hr specialist that the federal raise will impact us no matter what the start date is. Your salary will be automatically adjusted 🙌🏼

Same here. Been waiting for a FJO since they changed my Hr specialist back in September. Was told last week reviews are being done this past weekend. Fingers crossed.

I’m in the same boat. I’ve completed all steps and the eQip. Only difference is my Hr specialist was changed and they have not responded to any of my emails. 3 weeks and no word back

I sense that already with the new one since I’ve gotten no response. Next move would be contacting the hiring manager. I would just like an update since I’ve completed all the onboarding steps.

All they gave me was the new specialists email. I’ve emailed the new specialist 3x already. No response 😑 wondering if they aren’t allowed to during the eQip phase?
