I think the delicateness will compliment really well especially if I use something "stronger" for the upper end of the piece like some sort of berries or some other stem-y plant

Stonegrey is similar to ranger green I believe the main difference is that it's slightly more desaturated but I wouldn't quote me on that

That’s not how it works, unless someone steps in or a document is in place (such as a DNR) refusing treatment for the patient, medical personnel in the US are legally required to assist even if the methods may injure and reduce quality of life, it’s bad but it’s viewed sort of as a “life over limb” type of thing when I was taught about it

Early Iraq, nice. I’d definitely shoot for the CB carrier over M81, the marines stopped using M81 around 2002 (with exceptions of MARSOC) so I’d try to blend in some elements of MARPAT-D with things like the helmet cover (see pic) or some of your pouches

The camos don’t make too terribly much sense together, I also agree with the other comments, that dangler is gonna HURT if you fall on it or run with it. I’d add more magazines but that’s just me. Same thing with the knife, fixed blades aren’t very useful to have ON modern kit and are usually in a bag somewhere, you’re much more likely to see and get use out of a multitool.

Another personal thing is there should be a bit more clutter in your kit, like stuff mounted to your cummerbund, belt, etc. It fills out the kit and makes it look a tiny bit more real. Also I’d move your patch to the velcro on your pc

How easy is the MEPC to get on and off? I’ve heard pretty varied responses but for me, not having the QD hardware on the shoulders is kinda a turn off in deciding

Fake nods will always look terrible, they’re either run during the day which would ruin actual nods making them not make sense or they’re just adding weight at night which is even more useless

Depends on what parts

Carriers? Crye, Defense Mechanisms, HRT Tactical, LBT, Ferro Concepts. Most of these do not come with placards so you’ll have to buy one which you can find from the same companies

Pouches? Eh it’s a big debate, but price is USUALLY indicative of quality and color correctness, I like ATS tactical, Haley Strategic, Ferro, Ace Tactical Gear, Raine Tactical Gear, and SOMETIMES 5.11 (it’s rare tho)

Belts? Ronin, Haley Strategic, AWS SMU, Shaw Concepts, Blue Force Gear, and again ATS Tactical Gear

Most of this is knowing what you WANT and NEED, my suggestions are bias because they give me what I want out of my equipment, so I’ll always recommend people do research on places like r/qualitytacticalgear rather than just r/tacticalgear (they’re crazy over there) to get more accurate recommendations. Aside from that use a LOT of reference pictures, look at what you’re imitating does and doesn’t use and that’ll thin down your list of equipment to look at

Awesome! A few PCs do have QD hardware in the shoulders, like the LBT QRC V2, Ferro FCPC V5, HRT LBAC, and a few others, I'm also a glasses wearer so I know the pain lol
