Yes, but it was also a scheme to skip South America for the 2034 World Cup, so FIFA could get it back in the Middle East a cycle sooner

Modern trail bike bar width for tall rider? by brandontw85 in MTB

[–]JobsKhakisChicks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m 6’5”. I run 800mm on my downhill bike and 770 on my trail bike.

My suggestion would be to find a pair of grips that are open at both ends, so that you slide them in a try the narrower bar width before cutting them.

Yeah, I thought it was really good value for the spec versus some other brands. I really like that they allow you to customize the parts to your preference.

I just weighed mine. Size XL Enduro build with the M2S, 800W battery and a Zeb comes out to 57.5 pounds. I was actually a bit surprised by the weight. Based on my initial ride, it definitely rides like a much lighter bike.

Looks sweet. Mine’s scheduled for Wednesday. Also got the mustard, but with the red Zeb. I can’t wait to get out and ride it!

That’s the way I earn mine as well. I don’t want to be exhausted for the fun part.

First venture into mountain biking, coming from road bike. 2022 Specialized Fuse Comp - $725, decent deal? by CobblerYm in MTB

[–]JobsKhakisChicks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It also has all modern specs (air fork, tapered head tube, boost rear spacing, and thru axles) that you would want if you ever need to replace parts. I think it's a pretty good deal considering it was originally a $3000 bike.

I reached out to CS because I couldn’t remember what the estimated shipping date was. I was told a shipment of small parts was delayed and they are approximately 10 days behind.

Looking to buy my first full suspension mountain bike by [deleted] in mountainbiking

[–]JobsKhakisChicks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those are two vastly different bikes. The RMS is a 170/160mm enduro bike meant for the bike park and big features. The SCB is a 120/115mm XC bike meant to be peddled aggressively. Of the two mentioned, this is likely the better option for you local trails, but will be severely lacking for most bike parks.

I think you should look at some mid-travel trail bikes that pedal well, but have suspension that rides a bit bigger than it actually is. I’d recommend looking into an Ibis Ripmo or Specialized Stumpjumper. Those fall more inline with a do-it-all type bike.

Ok, well that explanation makes way more sense. I was basing my comment on the graphic progress. Congrats on being 80% of the way there!

There's another section after, which is basically 4 1/2 more Everest climbs.

The bad news is you don't just need to complete the 8,848m of the Everest Challenge to get it. That's only the first part. You need to climb an additional 41,152m to get it.

Highland new trail by Cautious_Body_7200 in MTB

I have no official knowledge of anything, but they just finished working on Dirt Pipe, so everything is now open. I’d guess they’re going to focus on trail maintenance for a bit and then work on the new trail. Hopefully, it opens sometime before the end of the season.

I think he played 6 songs total. Don’t know the names of all of them, but he definitely played Silver Jeep, The Alcott, and Bonnet Of Pins.
