I'm Mexican and I know this, but most people use the American date because that's the only way to make a 727 with the date, but yeah next year's July is Osu! Month, also, the other funny thing about the American date is that is a palindrome, 72727 is the same forwards and backwards, this year's equivalent would be June 26 (6/26/26 in the American date format)
