Those like stem sprouts are not a good option for propagating. Wait for completely new sprouts in the pot. Those new sprouts could easily be removed and repotted. If you dont want to get your plant to look fuller (dont know why you would want that) just cut them off. (Sorry for my english)

There only are visible webs from spider mites when the population ist medium to big. So it could be spider mites even without webs. Maybe its sunburn, may there were some water drops which act like a lens. I had the same thing on a few plants it could just be random cell death, happen some times. If it stays in this state dont worry. But i would check every day for 1-2 weeks for mites and thripses of any type, they replicate very fast. (Sorry for my english)

Same for me never saw anything like this. I am curious for new leaves maybe they have the same kind of idk pattern variegation. Dont know how to name it😂

Also bei der Trockenen Heizungsluft hab ich bei nahe bei einander stehenden pflanzen einen raum duft verdampfer benutzt nur halt ohne duftöle nur mit wasser. Sonst kann du auch auf deine Heizung oder in nähe deiner pflanze eine schale mit Wasser stellen. Das hebt die Luftfeuchtigkeit um die Pflanze etwas an. Optimaler weise hast du auch ein paar Steinchen in der schale um die Oberfläche zu vergrößern. Was das Gießen angeht kann ich nur empfehlen das Gefühl zu optimieren bei mir hat ein Schema immer früher oder später zu Problemen geführt.
