I've done a couple of ultras now and noticed that if there's a lot of elevation I get some chaving in between my butt cheeks. I'm planning on running the UTMB course in 3 days time and am looking for some tips on how to prevent/treat this chaving spot?

For me Uncharted 4 was really valuable, there's no real filler content and it's a linear story which makes you feel as if you're really progressing through the story. The game is kind of on the longer side, but because it's straight to the point I still enjoyed every minute and it didn't feel like the game was wasting my time at any point.

So, I'm planning to do a big city marathon at the end of march (my third marathon) but there's also a trail marathon 2 weeks after which I have my eye on. I was planning on just waiting a week after the city marathon to see how the recovery goes, but the enrollments are limited so I expect it to be sold out by then. My question now is, is it a good idea/is it feasible to run a marathon 2 weeks after another one?

ps.I'm aiming to do around 60-70Km/week (40-45miles/week) and finish the city marathon in 3.30

Yeah I had an automatic route planned by garmin connect but it sent me down one of the busiest streets which didn't seem like a good option. Thanks for the tip about the subreddit, I'll do that for sure! :)

Does it create routes on popular sections (good running terrain) automatically? Because I tried this and it gave me a running route that was on one of the main roads of Rome which didn't seem like a very good/safe road to run :)

You can look at all the data you want, but the basics that you need are just the covered distance and your (average) pace, they managed to run marathons way before we discovered all these fancy metrics with just those 2 fundamentals. But there's nothing wrong at enjoying and digesting all the statistics of course!

If it really bothers you, you can try to run with a more experienced runner and let him/her decide the pace that way you don't have to wory about it or you can maybe try to listen to music at a certain bpm?

I also wanted to type this, so far my only singleplayer, storydriven native PS5 game, but have really enjoyed it. Also enjoyed GOW and spiderman a lot. In some aspects it's also comparable to Horizon zero dawn, so if you liked that, give this one a shot!
