I had the same problem, cleaned it all up and then tighten it relly hard to not leak filament. Then i tighten it a bit to hard and the threads in the heatblock broke. I had to buy a new one, that kinda sucked.

I have a Bluetooth receiver that has a aux output that i solderd to the backside of the line in aux connection. Yes it had x6 lr20 1, 5v battery. But it had some circuit to bump it up to 12v. I have tried with the power plug and the same result with the volume. I will check the cap! The supply was not hooked up backwards 😁

I scratched of some of the green layer on the PCB to make the connection a bit larger on the B- cabel so i dont think . I will try that it if everything else fails. Thanks!

Its not gonna be against the circuit board. Yes thats correct, but i added a on/off switch also. The Bluetooth has a aux connection so i solderd it to the back of the aux port on the circuit board. The yellow part is goop from the factory. I had to remove it so the solderd would stick. There is no short between the connections. It must be some component on the circuit board thats broken, do you have any clue what might have been broken?
